Welcome to EQT! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EQT's Website and software client, located at eqt.net.im.

Seller & Legal Entity

These Terms are between you and Huiai Technology (Xinzhou) Co., Ltd. (trading as EQT), the legal entity that owns and operates EQT and its website and software at eqt.net.im. By purchasing or using EQT, you are contracting with Huiai Technology (Xinzhou) Co., Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and downloading our software client, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use EQT if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Software License

Unless otherwise stated, EQT owns the intellectual property rights for all material on EQT. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. You must not lease, sell, or decompile the software without authorization.

Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse

You must not misuse EQT, including through unlawful use, fraud or spam, IP infringement, or security interference. To prevent fraud and repeated purchase-and-refund abuse: if the same purchase email or device is linked to three or more refund/chargeback revocations of licenses that were actually activated within any rolling 365-day window, EQT may block further purchases and/or activations on that email or device. Refunds of never-activated keys do not count toward this limit.

Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments, order processing, and transaction billing on this website are handled and fulfilled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is responsible for calculating transaction taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) and handles customer support queries regarding payments, invoices, and billing issues.

Plus Subscriptions & Refund Policy

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid Plus licenses purchased through Paddle. If you are unsatisfied with the Plus features, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via the Customer Portal, support email support@eqt.net.im, or Paddle customer service.

Disclaimer of Liabilities

EQT functions purely as a local network data facilitator. In no event shall EQT be liable for any data loss, network corruption, or damages resulting from the use of the client.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions or disputes related to orders and payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
