14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid license key purchases (including Plus Lifetime and Plus Yearly plans). You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to the Plus Yearly plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your license will remain active and premium features unlocked until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a active billing cycle.

Processing Refunds (Via Paddle)

All EQT payments, orders, and refund requests are processed officially by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, you can:

• Contact EQT support at support@eqt.net.im with your order details (purchase email and transaction ID). We will review it within 2 business days and submit the refund request to Paddle.
• Or use the Paddle checkout assistant/billing page directly to submit your refund request.

Once approved, refunds generally take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement or credit card balance, depending on your financial institution.
